Who we are

What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone (if you choose to give it), the reason and your message.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps for 30 days the date and result of each submission, along with an anonymous code derived from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your message. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Where it is kept and who it is shared with

The content of your message arrives in our email, which is hosted with the site's provider (Hostinger). The site does not keep a copy of your message.

When you book, your details are entered in Cloudbeds, which handles them under its own policy. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's policy applies. When you open the "How to get here" link, Google Maps' policy applies.

How long

We keep your message in our email for as long as needed to help you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The third-party services we link to (Cloudbeds, WhatsApp, social networks) may use their own.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data you gave us by writing to reservaciones@hotelcafedelsol.com.

Changes

If we change anything, we update this page and the date above.
